I just downloaded the app. Do I need to pay for it?
No, only if you decide to upgrade to the premium version.
The app crashed when I was listening to sleep stories. Why does this happen?
Some phone models using Android may have problems with the Saga software. We know that some Samsung phones manufactured before 2014 may not work.
The application home screen does not load. What do I do?
Please try to exit and application and restart it again.
The server seems to have gone down. Why?
Saga is experiencing a server interruption. We are focused on improving server stability as we have had several instances of server downtime lately. We are usually up and running within half an hour, so if you come back to the app later in the day, everything should be working correctly.
I have cleared the cache in this application and now I cannot access the content I paid for. What do I do?
Go to the subscription management tab in the app, and click the "restore subscription" button. This should restore the paid content.
Do I need an internet connection to enjoy Saga Sleep?
You can download sleep sounds and sleep stories when you are online, and after that you can enjoy your favourite Saga content while offline.
Content won't play
Please try these simple steps:

1. Check your internet connection

2. Under "Manage Subscriptions" in the app, click "Restore Purchases".

3. Restart the application: close it completely, or restart your device.

4. Check the app and device for updates.
